How to find registered agent services

We recommend looking at the national registered agents. We are one of a few legitimate national registered agents offering our real services in every state. The national registered agents typically provide tools and resources that will help with your corporate compliance and have serious processes that are followed all day long, every day to efficiently deliver your service of process to you.

More often than not, we will have clients for 5-10 years before they actually get one law suit. So you could go with a less-stable registered agent, but you never know when that one instance will happen. You need to have a statutory agent that you can trust will be there for you day in and day out to accept and properly get your documentation to you.

The downfalls of hiring a one-state local registered agent:
If the registered agent service is only servicing one state, it will be a lot easier for them to go out of business. Whereas if your statutory agent is registered and operates in all 50 states, it will be quite prohibitive for that registered agent to close its doors and leave you high and dry. There are a lot of one-state statutory agents. These companies may provide a nice service for you, but unless they are HUGE, they are not going to receive that much service of process. You need a registered agent service that frequently handles these transactions and has firm processes in place to efficiently make sure you are getting your documents.
